The bulk of my experience lies in the OMS and SaaS space, so my focus is on data-driven design that allows users to find what they need quickly. The OMS space is a very complicated one, and users need access to a large amount of information, so part of the challenge has always been to give users what they need without overwhelming them onscreen. I work to be consistent and not overthink everything. I also strive for space to be innovative and push the envelope, while still providing users with a familiar experience that allows them to do their job.
